Greetings Sir Knights and Ladies. 

It has been a very busy 3 months and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I have been able to coordinate some Fourth Degree activities with my work activities to save some time and travel. I know many of you already and it has been a pleasure to meet many more Sir Knights and Ladies. I am thankful for the name badges to help remember everyone's names.

We held a mini Exemplification to bring 8 members into the fourth degree and to show that it is always a good time join, we welcomed Sir Knight Ernest who is 96 years young. In 2025 we will be celebrating 125 years of the Fourth Degree in our order and the goal of our District is to bring in 125 new members. The momentum is building and it feels great. Make sure you are on the agenda at your Council Meetings and recruit members into the Patriotic Degree of the Knights of Columbus. The uniforms being available through Moores has been going extremely well and I am so proud to see so many members in the Colour Corp in uniform. Wear it often and wear it proudly.

Lady Cheryl and I want to wish everyone a blessed and joyous Christmas Season. We wish you health and happiness as you share time with your families. Lady Cheryl shared something with me that has really resonated with me. We are excited to take our children and grandchildren to see Santa every year, we should take them to Church and meet Jesus.
